ILAM (pronounced 'Eye-Lam') is a parish in the south-western limit of the Peak District National Park. Two of its boundaries are marked by the famous beauty spots of Dovedale and the Manifold Valley. I have been researching the history of the parish and its people for over twenty years.

I am preparing the content of this page and others to follow. If you would like to be notified when the site comes on line, send an email to the address below and you will be informed in due course.
